How we handle your information.

The short version
We collect only what we need to ship your order, answer your questions, and — if you opt in — share occasional notes on new collections. We do not sell your information. We do not track you across the web beyond what's needed to run the site.
What we collect
When you place an order: name, shipping address, email, and the details of what you bought. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
When you contact us or submit a wholesale inquiry: the fields you fill in that form.
When you browse: standard web analytics (page visits, device type) to understand how the site is used. We use privacy-friendly tooling and respect Do Not Track where the browser sends it.
How we use it
To fulfill your order. To respond to your question. To send you shipping updates. And, only if you opt in, to share occasional notes from our studio.
We will never message you on an unrelated platform or pass your contact to anyone else’s mailing list.
Third-party tools we use
Stripe — for payment processing.
Our shipping carrier — for labels and tracking.
An email provider — for transactional order emails and (if you subscribed) newsletter delivery.
Each has its own privacy policy and uses your information only to provide the service we asked them to provide.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click — every message has a link at the bottom. Your account and order history remain unaffected.
Request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ofsoulandheart.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. If you're in a region that requires consent, we'll ask before any non-essential cookie loads.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes get an email if you're on our list.
