United States only, for now. We hope to expand soon.
How much
Standard shipping starts at $7 for small items (tiles, bundles) and scales up based on weight and destination. Full shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Applied automatically — no code needed.
How fast
Orders are hand-packed in small batches, typically shipping within 2–3 business days. Standard transit is 3–5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. If you need something to arrive by a specific date, write to hello@ofsoulandheart.comand we’ll do our best.
If something goes wrong
If anything arrives broken, missing, or not as described — write to hello@ofsoulandheart.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo if possible. We will replace the piece or refund the order at your preference. No return shipment needed for damages.
Returns
Because each box is hand-assembled, we accept returns of unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened candles, salts, and simmer blends cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Custom or bulk orders for businesses are final-sale unless agreed otherwise in the quote.
Gift orders
When shipping a gift to someone else, we omit the pricing from the packing slip. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include it, handwritten, in the box.
